I’m an industrial designer and Assistant Professor at NIT Rourkela, dedicated to creating ergonomic, sustainable products that enhance user experience through empathy-driven design thinking. My research interests are centered on developing innovative, user-focused solutions in product and industrial design. I am particularly focused on designing ergonomic and sustainable products that enhance user experience, ranging from assistive and medical devices to consumer electronics. My work integrates design thinking, form studies, and usability analysis to create intuitive and functional products that address realworld challenges. I emphasize universal design principles, along with design for manufacturing and assembly, to optimize products for the market while ensuring accessibility, affordability, and environmental responsibility. By applying systematic design methods, my goal is to contribute meaningful, human-centered products with scalable impact.
